The most important aspects of Pilates are controlled positions and concentration. The most attention is given to: executing each exercise with accuracy, correct and awareness of breathing. Pilates improves body posture, lenghtens muscles, and movements become better and more resolute. The goal is to improve the flow of exercise, with time increasing the dynamic, and most importantly not losing control of movement.

Principales of training

Concentration – the more concentration you have, the more effective the exercise

Control – exercises that are done with control, will decrease injuries and lead to positive results

Centar – without strength from the centar (abdominals, the bottom part of my back, buttocks and pelvis) it would not be possible to maintain control of movement

Accuracy – accuracy is carried out in every movement

Breathing – controlled breathing increases movement in concentration, which makes it more effective
